New Student In-Person 3-Class Pass
- Three in-person classes
- First-time students only
- Valid for ONE MONTH from purchase
- New Student packages are the only packages that expire
New Student Week Unlimited
- Unlimited in-person classes for one week
- First-time students only
- Mat and towel rentals are complimentary on your first visit
In-Person Drop-In Class
- Any class on the schedule, heated or unheated
- Mat and towel rental $2 each after your first visit
- Cancel at least 3 hours before class to keep the class on your account

- Class packages outside of new student specials do not expire

YIN Workshop with Be Leigh
- A 90-minute Yin Yoga workshop
- In Be's words: "exploring the relationship between longer-held, low-intensity movement and the body's connective tissues, joints, breath, and nervous system"

Isla Mujeres Retreat 2027 with Ossi + Dennis

Come practise on Sackett Street
Classes run seven days a week from 7:30am, on a quiet street near the waterfront in Carroll Gardens. Booking is through Mindbody. Arrive at least 10 minutes early — if you are not checked in 5 minutes before, your spot may go to the waitlist, and late entry is not permitted.
